Zahava LLC is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and makes every effort to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information (defined below). Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the Site, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience, to facilitate us in fulfillment operations, and allow us to better communicate with you regarding our products and services. Zahava LLC may collect Personal Information in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, when you visit the Site or engage in the Service, register with the Site, place an order via the Service, subscribe to the Zahava NYC newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on the Site.

For purposes such as improving the personalization of the Site, the Service and other forms of communication, we may receive information about you from other sources and add it to your account information. For instance, we sometimes receive updated delivery and address information from our couriers or other sources so that we can correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily.
ONLINE ORDER INFORMATION
Your payment information (credit card numbers and banking accounts) are maintained by a third-party credit card processing company and does not become known to Zahava LLC. Zahava LLC will use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. Additionally, your email address may be collected at various points within the Site (including when you place an order with us) so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order, such as order and shipping confirmations. In addition, we maintain a record of your purchase history, product interests, and whatever other membership details that might enable us to improve your shopping experience.
Our store is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All orders are securely processed and verified through the Stripe Payment Platform.
COOKIES
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer via your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features during visits. It allows us to recognize your computer upon entering the Site by associating the identification numbers in the cookie with other customer information you have provided us. Furthermore, we use cookies to keep track of what you have in your shopping cart and to remember you when you return to the Site, as well as to identify the pages you click on during your visit to the Site. We use this information to improve the Site design, product assortments, customer service, and special promotions.

You may opt-out of receiving the Zahava NYC Insider newsletter or other emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of such correspondence. Please note, customer lists are often prepared well in advance of an offering so you may continue to receive some offers after even you unsubscribe. Additionally, you may access, modify or delete your Personal Information provided to Zahava LLC by contacting us via email at info@zahavanyc.com. We will do our very best to process the request as soon as possible, but it may not be possible to update our systems immediately. Please note, once removed from our email lists, if you make a purchase on the Site, you will still receive emails from us, or other forms of communication if needed, but they will only pertain to order confirmation and shipping notifications or order inquiries based on any issues with processing your order.
The ability to view your account on the Site is not currently active, as there are no online accounts offered through our Service at the moment (such as login and password accounts). When we refer to "accounts", it is any Personal Information provided by you, to us, stored on our server, for email campaigns and/or order fulfillment.
Zahava LLC reserves the right to verify the identity of any person making such a request or a request to delete or modify Personal Information; provided, however, that Zahava LLC shall have no liability of any kind resulting from false or erroneous requests or any change or deletion made by Zahava LLC for any reason. Personal Information collected and transferred to back-up or archival storage may be retained indefinitely. Zahava LLC may also retain unmodified information as necessary for its business records and as required under applicable law.

The Site and Zahava NYC email messages may contain links to other websites owned or operated by third-parties and thereby are not under the control of Zahava LLC. Such links are provided solely for the convenience and information of the Sites' users. Zahava LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party website, or any products or services offered, nor does it constitute an endorsement of any such website. SECURITY
Zahava LLC is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on the Site or via the Service. Sensitive and private data exchange between you and the Site or the Service happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. The Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible.
